The staff's exceptional service truly stood out-when I encountered an issue with my sim card, a staff member went above and beyond, accompanying me to a shop to get it fixed. The modern and spacious room was a delight, impeccably clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, catering to both Western and Asian tastes with a diverse spread. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the shopping district but still serene at night, allowing for a peaceful stay. Crowne Plaza Kunming truly impressed me with its top-notch service, impeccable facilities, and convenient location, making it a standout choice for any traveler looking for a remarkable stay in this vibrant city.
